EdBwhite.jpgThe GAI service department is headed by Ed Bukowski, our service division manager. Ed handles all of our service quotations and is directly involved with the day to day scheduling of service technicians.  He was previously employed by the Hammond Sanitary District and has a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of municipal operations.

Scottwhite.jpgOur field service scheduler is Scott Keehn. Scott has extensive experience with scheduling service crews at both the Alaska pipeline and in the oil fields in the gulf of Mexico.  Both men work closely with our seven member field service crew. We maintain six field service vans and two boom trucks to insure the proper equipment is on the jobsite no matter the needs of the specific service project.

The GAI service department is much more than a field service crew however. Our service techicians are certified for: flow meter calibrations; confined space entry; inspection agreements on all types of equipment; and installation of many of the products we offer. Our entire service staff maintains current certification in "Three Rivers" saftey training. Each service technician is also trained by the various principals we represent so that we can provide the utmost in field startup, calibration, and inspection - each and every time we are called into the field.

testpita.jpgGAI also has a state of the art repair facility at our headquarters. We have a pump test pit that can test equipment to 100 HP with accurate and verifiable flow and head measurement reporting. We also have a state of the art instrument repair facility to allow our technicians to service printed circuit boards in a dust free environment.

Whatever your service needs, even on competitors equipment, GAI service is ready to assist. After hours? No problem. Call our emergency service number listed on this site and the "on call" technician will answer your call and provide the service you need to get you back up and running.
